I hold keys to aging gracefully through life's trials & tribulations. I'm a blueprint for those under 40 who need to know how to love themselves first. I love my confidence & wear my "life's scars" proudly. I intentionally live each day to the fullest. I love that I've grown to embrace ME the woman flaws & all! I'm truly blessed to be FAB over 40!
How do you stay fabulous?I really learned a lot about self-care after I got into my 40's. Being in the beauty industry I spent more time making others look & feel fab. After 40 I started to carve out time to pamper myself w/a mani/pedi night & a glass champagne. I began to schedule time off for spa days, massages & facials. In my 50's I'm learning more about how to feed my brain & body by eating healthier, exercising regularly, drinking plenty of water & feeding my inner thoughts w/ positive affirmations daily.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would definitely take a much needed trip to Maldives (somewhere I've never been) to relax, refresh, reset and replenish. I'd be able to expand my vision for my brand & prayerfully it will help towards purchasing land. I would also pay it forward towards charitable projects I'm passionate about in my hometown Baltimore and in Atlanta. I could find over 40 ways to say and show how much it would be a blessing!
