I love the gift of aging gracefully and the ability to be over 40 but not look a day over 35. Stay fit and healthy is a must and priority.
How do you stay fabulous?I eat healthy well balanced meals. Take my daily nutritional supplements as well as staying hydrated. Exercise at least 5 days per week. I also started doing a 3 day per month juice detox fast and try to get at least 7-8 hours sleep per night. Meditating is also a must daily.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I had $40,000 I would use part of that to purchase a home, take my kids on a small vacation, I would even use a portion of it to pay it forward to someone less fortunate, and invest the rest.
