Calisthenics and yoga are not just exercises; they are rituals that strengthen the body and free the mind, allowing us to flow gracefully through life's challenges. Mindfulness is our tool to filter out negativity and elevate our gratitude. Every "no" faced is an opportunity to reaffirm our worth and self-love. And empathy, that is the key that unlocks
What would you do with the $40,000?One percentage would be used for my daughters dream quinceañera, another percentage would be put into my daughters education , and the rest sent to donation.
