My life long experience. The difficult years of struggles, now are used to help others in their path of life, including my family. Now, I value what it really matters in life, like my own path of health and the overall wellbeing, because the eyes of those around me are attentive and a live example it is better than a thousand words.
How do you stay fabulous?I take a holistic approach of health and beauty. The real beauty and youth comes from the inside out. I like to pray every day and stay connected to God through his word, reading the Psalms. I started eating more vegetables, and learned how to prepare salads. I started walking more, my dog is part of it.
What would you do with the $40,000?I certainly pay off my debt incluing my car. I will probably work on my MBA that has been postponed. I also will like to help my children to go to college.
