You can do anything you put your mind to. I definitely do not look like I’m in my 60’s. I have received a lot of compliments (which I’m touched) from people who say I look like I’m in my 40’s / 50’s. You are only as young as you feel. Being fiercely independent and having the self confidence's is a big deal to me. My family means the world to me.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay in shape by working out everyday for 30 minutes (cardio & kickboxing 🥊) + I take 3 dance classes (jazz, lyrical and musical theatre); hot yoga ; walking and running as well.
What would you do with the $40,000?My dad passed away in November 2019 from a stroke and dementia. I would like to donate some monies to the Alzheimer’s Society of B.C. and the Heart and Stroke Foundation which is a great cause.
