I just turned 47, I have a 9 year old son and strive to take care of myself, my body, and my mind. Yoga and weight training are my passion.

What I love about being over 40 is the wisdom I have gained over the years. Life has taken me many places, some happy and some sad. I use those experiences everyday to mentally help me through any situation. Learning to establish boundaries in all aspects of life can be helpful in living a full-filled one. Life can be tough but at our age and experience we have the strength to withstand that.
How do you stay fabulous?Well maintenance is one way. Of course i have wrinkles and white hair, Im 47! But i touch up my roots every 6 weeks, get facials/peels done, workout 4-5 days a week, eat in moderation, barely drink alcohol, and drink lots of water.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would set up a college fund for my son. I would like to have an account that will increase over time so that when he is in college we have the ability to pay most of it for him. College loans have become so detrimental to today’s young adults.
