I am health professional. I am almost 59 years old. I have three grown daughters the oldest being 37 4 grandchildren.

What I love about being over 40 is when you don’t look over 40.when you’re 59 years old and everyone tell you they thought they you were in your early 40s good health With God being the head of my life is the most important thing in my life and him giving me guidance and direction throughout this thing, we call life. Blessed with good health only having to take vitamins… allows me to be able to help other people who health is not so great is a honor this is what I love about being over 40
How do you stay fabulous?I am slightly overweight, but I do exercise. I am very firm not flabby I have never drank. I have never smoked. I’ve never lived the fast life and when you’re 59 and no one can guess your age is flattering I do self-care every day twice a month. I take a mental break from work. I read my Bible every single night. I talk to God every day and I truly believe this is what keeps me grounded and fabulous…. And I do believe sharing my talent by help saving lives and taking care of people,
What would you do with the $40,000?Well, I feed the homeless. I’ve been doing that for the last couple of years I work in a hospital where I help save lives for those who can’t help themselves. I have a profession that allows me to serve the community I will continue doing charitable work didn’t realize how much the less fortunate need us until I started serving them
