Appreciating and sharing wisdom from past experiences and learnings to help support family, friends, coworkers, when they confide in me. I love that I now know what a strong and independent woman I am. I love that I can look back with fondness and look forward with excitement! The opportunity to age is a privilege and I do not take anything for granted. I literally do take time to stop and smell the roses! 56 ROCKS!
How do you stay fabulous?By staying informed with current events. I exercise my mind and body daily ever since I was a child. I believe in physical activity and expanding your knowledge. Uou are never too old to learn something new and I get excited when I do! Most recently, I have been doing alot of research on auto immunity and am intrigued by the impact of stress and diet on well being. Beyond trying to stay healthy mentally and physically, I am staying fabulous by putting FUN in my calendar! Love a good belly laugh!
What would you do with the $40,000?Invest in myself! All my life I have been a daughter, a mother, a wife, a girlfriend and always put others ahead of me, which I love to do but it's time for me and $40,000 will definitely help as I plan to retire in the coming years and hope to travel more. Of course, a few new wardrobe pieces (of quality lol!) would be purchased. Taking care of oneself does come with a price tag after all lol! and I do take pride in keeping myself pulled together and feeling young at heart!
