Being over 40 has given me a sense of confidence and self-acceptance. I appreciate the clarity that comes with all my life experiences, enabling me to prioritize what truly matters. I have a renewed focus on personal interests, health, and relationships, as well as the freedom to let go of expectations. I enjoy this season with my adult children. Overall, it’s been a period of empowerment and rediscovery.
How do you stay fabulous?Prioritizing self-care and personal growth with regular exercise, Body 20 that keeps me fit and boosts my mood. My skincare routine, and I focus on a balanced whole food diet. I have hobbies, love to read and learn. I practice mindfulness to reduce stress. And I pray about all things. I spend time with family and friends to build a strong support network.
What would you do with the $40,000?So many things I can think of … I would bless as many people in my life who need it.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
