Yoga & clean eating & commitment to self care-authentically LOVING THY SOUL! Yoga has played a pivotal role as well as food for medicine, radiating epic energia like a lotus… Community! Blessed with a round table of humans that are a reflection of my garden I am honored to call my tribe, proof of beauty & grace with age. I embrace!
How do you stay fabulous?I wake in the morning & put on sweet threads & hula hoop on the regs. I dance everyday, manifest being back in the water although I live in the mountains #surfergirl I drink a ton of water and practice a lot of yoga. I make time for life work balance. I appreciate humbling moments that allow me to learn. I have learned that being wrong provides an opportunity to grow as does hardship and joy. I love-love… joy…I still dance when nobody is watching and when they are!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would hire an editor for my podcast full time, invest in my legacy project so that I may continue to support the arts, music, plant medicine & alternative health. Make my house a home again after the fire & husbands cancer. I’m ready to dance again. I have been inspired to start an additional non-profit that ENCOURAGES & SUPPORTS women who don’t give up & pay it forward. Invest in better skincare routine, complete my garden and get back to Rincon to surf stat and hire my team fulltime.
