Being over 40 feels empowering. There is a wisdom that comes with life experience, and I have learned to prioritize what truly matters- my mental, physical and emotional well being. I appreciate the confidence that comes with self-acceptance. I am pursuing my passion without hesitation in career and life. Life feels fuller, more intentional and I’m grateful for every lesson that shapes me into who I am today and tomorrow.
How do you stay fabulous?I embrace a holistic approach to wellness- prioritizing self care for both my body, mind and spirit. I feed my body with nourishing food, movement, and enough rest, but I also nurture my mind with mindfulness, reflection and surrounding myself with people who uplift me. Curiosity and learning keep my soul alive, and I’m all about exploring my unique path with gratitude and authenticity. It’s not just about balance-but living fully, embracing change, and celebrating every moment of the journey.
What would you do with the $40,000?Enhancing my holistic practice by acquiring new tools and resources to support as many people as possible. This include expanding my private practice which has been a life long dream of mine to focus on empowering others to achieve balance, well being and growth. Through continuous learning and offering tailored guidance.
