I love the freedom I do have, I love being able to stay in shape and watch my body change while staying in shape. I love the fact of knowing that it's possible to be in the best shape and best spirits of your life even after the age of 40. I also love the fact that I'm still learning even after 40 and there are billions of things for me to continue to learn.
How do you stay fabulous?By eating healthy foods to help me feel and look great. By working out, taking care of my hair, skin, nails, and hygiene. Dressing well according to the season and occasion.
What would you do with the $40,000?It'll be put to the side so that it can fuel me into doing more things that I love to do. I'll also give some to my son and daughter along with helping some people that actually need and want help.
