I love being over 40 (and then some!) because I've reached a stage where I can fully embrace who I am. I know exactly who I am, what I want, and how to get it. My confidence comes from experience and now I get to enjoy life on my own terms, have the freedom to set my own rules and enjoy the power to prioritize what truly matters to me. I've mastered the art of balancing family, fun, career and self-care, making life feel more fabulous than ever. It's my prime and I own it!
How do you stay fabulous?It's all about balance, self-care and confidence. Strong work ethic drives my success, but thriving in all areas of life is key. Physical, mental and emotional well-being are priorities: maintaining a regular work out schedule keeps me energized and focused and making time for things that bring me joy (family, music, art, theater) keep me balanced. A fabulous mind-set is really about combining ambition with self-care, health with indulgence and hard work with joy.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use it to make meaningful impact, both personally and within my community. I'd invest in personal growth by continuing to learn and expanding my business because staying relevent and evolving is key to ongoing success. I would also use it to support initiatives that empower other women, especially those who are striving to start their own businesses. I've been fortunate to build a succesful life, and I believe in lifting others up so they, too, can reach their full potential.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
