Ultimately I love the journey that has brought me here, the knowledge and experiences that take 42 years to obtain! I love the freedom of not worrying about others opinions, being comfortable with myself and not having to conform. I love that my generation of 40 is redefining what 40 looks like. I still feel 20 something and get looks of amazement when I disclose I am 42.
How do you stay fabulous?By staying out of drama (not even the news), respecting all, self included. I am spiritual, constantly trying to grow myself, learning things to help me as a mother, nurse, and person, from wherever and whoever I can. I try to eat healthy (despite my sweet tooth) and avoid most fast food. I drink herbal tea all day, limiting soda and coffee. I do yoga 5-6 days a wk, meditate daily, and am usually in bed by 10. I also have morning and evening self-care routines!
What would you do with the $40,000?Hmmmm, what would I do with $40,000. Half would go to savings and small debts. The other half would go towards my business and next years vacation.
