I love the confidence I have now living over half a decade and I love that I get to share my life experience with my 13 year old twins. I have gone through many challenges in my life such as struggling with binge eating disorder, losing my mom and getting divorced but through all of that I am here now, more resilient and braver than I ever thought possible. I love that as a yoga teacher I get to share my philosophy to live life with the mind of a beginner and heart of an explorer.
How do you stay fabulous?At 54 years old, I stay fabulous by doing a lot of yoga and teaching aqua sculpt. I love to walk as often as possible. I start everyday by meditating and writing and either read or listen to something inspirational. I am playful and have learned to embrace the simple things in life...such as going to the library, making my own green juice and cooking healthy meals for myself and my kids. I also cherish my friends and the friendships that have lasted this long.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won the $40,000 I would pay off the debt I have accrued from being a hard working yoga teacher and single mom of twins. I would then take $10,000 and put it into an account for my children's education. The rest I would put into my career as The Honest Yogi. I would build out my website and my social medium platforms. I have a dream of creating a retreat center from container homes on an incredible piece of property and would use the money for that as well. I will continue to be of service.
