I don’t, I pretend I’m 29 everyday… LOL. I enjoy the stability that comes with maturity and being able to glean off past experiences knowing they don’t define me but were enriching. Embracing authentic friendships, discovering who I am as God designed, and reinventing myself as many times as I change lashes. I love being over 40 b/c I can travel the world freely, have a glass of wine, possibly fix my hair, or not wear a bra if I choose, all while smiling and smelling the roses along the way.
How do you stay fabulous?We all are fabulous in our own right as women wearing many hats and walking in the various shoes of life. I’ve learned to trust God by not leaning on my own understanding, but by faith in Him. Also, working out and eating healthy with a dessert here and there has helped too. My children consistently challenge my mental state and keep me on my toes (winks and exhales). Lastly, being kind , blessing others, and a touch of lipgloss goes a long way in staying FABULOUS.
What would you do with the $40,000?$40K is an amazing investment into someone’s life and I would do just that! I would take some the winnings and set them aside for my children’s college. I would donate some for the advancement of brain tumor research and development. Also being a US Army Veteran, I would be a blessing to the wives of military service members who have been fabulous supporting their spouse. After all that I would buy new workout clothes, take a spa day, and eat ice cream. Your friend Saddia is in need…true story.
