I’m 49 and my 40s has been my best decade. I’m confident in who I am and in my own skin- and when you have achieved that level of confidence, you spend a lot more time lifting others up around you and in the reward of giving back. I also appreciate valued time so much more- time in nature, time for self: health and development, time with family and friends, time for travel and experiencing others cultures and land.
How do you stay fabulous?I wake up every day and give thanks to God for all that I am grateful for- I eat healthy, exercise and ensure kindness and generosity are my underlining principles on how I will treat others. I push myself to new heights and challenges - for example I am currently writing my first book and opening my second life time business after 13 years in corporate healthcare. Most importantly, you stay fabulous by being a champion of others …..especially other women!
