I am more comfortable in my skin, I have healthy habits, and when I struggle I don’t beat myself up. I feel the emotions and move through them versus the younger me burying them. I like helping generations before me influenced by my changes and pivots in life so they don’t suffer as long as I did. I like holding space for myself, unlike my younger version.
How do you stay fabulous?I wake up early to allow for quiet Sabrina time. I use this time to check in with myself, work through any emotions that come up, identify a schedule of task, and get dressed for the day. Putting on shoes as I work from home, helps me navigate my neuro divergence. I take pride in my daily moisturize routine, my personal care routine, and allow for messy days. It is life and sometimes I just don’t want to and it is okay. Letting myself have that space is important.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use a small portion for a photoshoot and vacation, and the remainder would go to build my business of women empowerment retreats and hold space for other women going through major pain points in their lives. To navigate it with support and grace.
