I am fabulous over 40 because I choose to be happy, successful, and healthy. Being fabulous is a state of mind, and I love being over 40!

I love feeling secure in my own skin. This is something I struggled with in my 20s and probably even my 30s. It's a new chapter of life with more stability. I love watching my kids turn into young adults and see where life takes them. I love the fact that I have a successful and stable career where I get to help people everyday. I wish I could tell my younger self how fabulous life becomes at this age. That the stress reduces because you learn who to let in and who to remove from your life.
How do you stay fabulous?How do I stay fabulous? Hmm, that's a great question. I think a lot of being fabulous is your mentality and staying positive. I always try to make the best out of a situation, and see the glass half full in every situation. Life is all about making the best out of your circumstances. For me personally, having a good mindset does include regularly working out. The physical activity is so important for mental health, as well as staying strong now that I'm not a spring chicken anymore!
What would you do with the $40,000?I'd like to partially invest that money in some real estate or finally remodel our bathroom that seems to still be stuck in the 80s. I'd also like to use some of the money to put towards my kids college fund so they don't have to worry about student loans.
