What I appreciate about being over 40 is the sense of confidence, clarity, and self-assurance that often comes with age. It’s a time when people tend to know themselves better, understand their priorities, and feel more comfortable in their own skin. Many find a deeper sense of purpose, and the life experiences they’ve gathered help them navigate challenges with more perspective and resilience. It’s also a great time to focus on things that bring joy and fulfillment, with less concern for others
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous often comes down to self-care, confidence, and living authentically. A few key ways to maintain that fabulous energy include: Prioritizing physical and mental health with regular exercise, skincare, a balanced diet, and rest helps keep you glowing. Confidence radiates from within. Embracing who you are and the unique qualities that make you stand out can elevate your energy.
What would you do with the $40,000?I’d put some of it towards expanding or upgrading my business—maybe opening my own salon, adding high-end equipment, or investing in continuing education and certifications to grow my skillset. A portion would go into diversified investments like stocks, real estate, or retirement accounts to create long-term financial security. I’d set aside an emergency fund and contribute towards future life goals or unexpected events for my children. I’d contribute some to causes or organizations.
