At age 56 I feel great!! Living a healthy lifestyle is very important to me. It allows me to continue to enjoy my kids and now my grandkids!

Generally I feel most women do not embrace being middle age. There’s too much telling us woman we need to be prettier thinner etc. Do I love my wrinkles most days I do not but I do not focus on the things I cannot change. I do feel very lucky to be alive and well. So I embrace this new me!!!!! And I love her 😊
