I am finally comfortable with myself. I think that when I was in my 30’s, I was concerned about aging. Would I feel older? Would I feel aches and pains? Would my body change into something I did not recognize? Would I have less energy? Less activity? Would I be sad to age? Depressed? None of that is true with me. I appreciate and am committed to staying active, take care of myself and stay young at heart.
How do you stay fabulous?Balance…. I work-out pretty much every day…even on vacation. I don’t beat myself up…just consistent activity. I eat pretty clean, most of the time. Lots of fish and green vegetable. I adore a dirty martini, which I let myself enjoy every once in a while. And…I’m very social. I have lots a friends to enjoy dinners, concerts, pickleball and travel. I’m truly thankful to be surround with AMAZING friends! And…blessed with my kids and grandkids.
What would you do with the $40,000?Well…probably save some…for retirement., Then…??? Try to corral my kids/grandkids and have “Grandma D” take them on a cruise!! And…if anything is left…buy a pair of FAB shoes.
