I would say living purposefully, prioritizing health, family, and community. It’s all about balance, growth, and owning my fabulous journey.

I love that being over 40 has given me the confidence to embrace my authentic self. I've learned what truly matters — family, health, and deep, meaningful connections with others. Prioritizing what brings joy and fulfillment while letting go of what doesn't serve me gives me a sense of freedom. I now focus on experiences that enrich my life and those I love, clearly understanding that well-being is about balance, connection, and living with purpose.
How do you stay fabulous?I commit to self-care, which I neglected before. I check in with myself to assess where I am at the moment — mentally, physically, and emotionally, and what I need to do to carve out time to take care of myself. Regular workouts keep my body strong while nourishing food fuels me. I surround myself with positivity and stay close to people who uplift me. It’s about balance, growth, and constantly showing up for myself and those I love.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take my family on a life-changing trip to Europe or outside of the U.S.! This would expose my kids to different cultures, broaden their perspectives, and teach them that the world is full of exciting opportunities. Whatever money is left, I would plan to invest, as that is also a priority. Retirement is looking closer nowadays than before, and I am not where I would like to be financially.
