I am fabulous over 40 because I took back control of my health. I was diagnosed with a slow growing lymphoma and went on a health journey.

What I love about being 40 is that I have learned to be unapologetically me. I have found a type of self love that is centered around loving my body by fueling it with good for you ingredients. In turn, I am feeling better and emotionally and physically. 40 is an age where you have lived enough life to know what suits you and what doesn’t. I’m able to reflect on what I want to continue, change, and take on.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by taking care of my mind, skin, and body. I’m conscience of what I allow my mind to consume, what goes on my skin, and staying active to keep my body mobile. With age we lose muscle mass and mobility, so I’m working on decreasing how fast that happens. If you don’t use it, you lose it!
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000 I would be able to pay off some medical debt, help my children with college expenses, and maybe have enough left over to go on an overdue much needed vacation.
