How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous over 40 by prioritizing self-care, both physically and mentally. I focus on nourishing my body with healthy foods and staying active, while also taking time for mindfulness and reflection. Staying connected with my community, helping others, and continuously learning keeps me energized and passionate. Embracing confidence and self-love allows me to feel fabulous from the inside out!
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I would invest in expanding my nutrition business to reach more of the Latino community, offering workshops and resources to help others lead healthier lives. I’d also contribute to my ongoing community outreach efforts that provide lasting support for homeless women. Lastly, I’d invest in personal growth and self-care.
