I’ve been a runner for 23 years. I’ve traveled to several Caribbean islands, love to snorkel. I’m a nurse and love helping others.

Being over 40 allows for mentorship opportunities. It allows for great experience based reflection. In my experience being over 40 has gained me a confidence I didn’t experience as a younger woman. I love that young adults can look to me for guidance and I love sharing conversation and encouragement with them. I also enjoy being physically active and showing young women the dedication to your body does pay off in the long run.
How do you stay fabulous?I am a distance runner, I run for pleasure and exercise. I love to garden and do yard work. I enjoy activities like hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, and lounging on a beautiful beach. I make my health a priority.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off student loans and help family who are in need. I also would donate money to my favorite charity Ronald McDonald house.
