I have a love hate relationship with my mid 40's because it taught me that I can be healthier and that life goes on. Now in my mid 50's I feel fabulous and know that my body keeps changing cycles and I embrace every moment of it because this is the only body I have. Woman fee aging at times, but I'm one to challenge myself as I age.
How do you stay fabulous?In my mid 40's I learned that eating in moderation was the best for me. I lost 70 lbs and along with exercises from home and making better choices in food and trying new recipes was the best thing that has me feeling fabulous. I now journal daily and read devotionals to brighten up my day.
What would you do with the $40,000?My family is my world and only growing with my kids having kids. My dream is to take my 5 kids and their families on a trip. I am here for my family and want to watch them grow and make their own family as I help them as much as I can.
