3 kids raised…one with Asperger’s & one with ADHD…created iheartsf & iheartsf.com….the culmination of my life’s work and who I am at my core
We would like to thank you for supporting Rosemary Omron in this year's competition. Your support helps us contribute to the National Breast Cancer Foundation who provides early detection, education, and support services to those affected by breast cancer.
In my 40's, and now just having turned 50 (09/09), I have learned to change my perspective. Once I changed my perspective, I changed my life. This has been by far the most liberating thing I have done thus far in my life.
How do you stay fabulous?Over two decades ago, I changed my lifestyle. I was 198 lbs and having had to support myself as a new teacher, I had no money for food, after keeping up with my cigarette habit. But my teacher roomates showed me what it meant to workout. After that there was no stopping me. I quit smoking and ended up losing a total of 67 lbs. Since then my workouts have ranged from running half marathons to my current love of boxing and kettlebells.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use that money to continue to fund my business. Along this journey of mine and iheartsf, I was, unfortunately, financially taken advantage of and this money would go to produce 8 podcast episodes of iheartsf. These episodes would in turn be the key to getting iheartsf to the next level. SF Standard wrote an article telling my story. I have included it here. https://sfstandard.com/2024/09/03/sf-mural-broker-faces-accusations/?utm_source=email_sitebutton
