I love the Wisdom I have gained through my years of life. I feel I'm at a place where I'm enjoying life as it was meant to be lived. Keeping a ease mind set encoupled with the confidence I've gained. I love the confidence I have to just slow down daily, look around at all the beauty I use to take for granted to trully start to know who I really am. The best part is really understanding connections to others makes my life worth living.
How do you stay fabulous?I continue to read labels on food and I'm selective of what I put into my body. I continue to adjust with my need and changing body. Embracing every step of my continue evolving exercise routine while adding meditation, breath work and journalling. Mostly surrounding myself with those I love and continue allowing full spectrum of connections and joy!
What would you do with the $40,000?Having been a single mom void of time and money while raising my children I’d really like to take them on a vacation to a warm, fun and yet restful place. I’m looking forward to purchasing a new wardrobe in my color palette of soft autumn. I’d also like to fix up my home and invest the rest.
