How do you stay fabulous?You know grandbabies keep you young too. I stay active riding my bike, doing jobs that work me out. I wanted to be a body builder when I was a teenager so I used to do 2,000 reps abs one day, legs next day, cross country ran in track and field, dreamt about being in the Olympics. Essential oils. Prayer, praying and singing in tongues. Bible study communion with God.
