Im 47 now and I feel more free than I ever have. Iām in the best shape, i love my family and love life . And I dress a hell of a lot better!

I’ve come to a place in my life where I just don’t care about people’s opinions of me. Im going to do what I feel is best , I’ve been through enough in my life to know what works and what doesn’t. Of course I’m open to advice ,I still always actively seek knowledge . But I have the wisdom now to know what is good and what is something I’ll pass on. I know what’s right , I got just one life . In a world that keeps on pushing us around . I going to stand my ground and won’t back down!
How do you stay fabulous?I just try everyday , to show up , be brave enough to be me. If I’m your friend .. I see you. If your my family , I got you. When I look in the mirror , I like who I am… so good
