Knowing and loving myself are just the start of what's fantastic about being over 40! I love being confident as a businesswoman in a room full of CEOs and well as when I hang with younger generations, exploring their dreams and views of the world. I enjoy going places by myself and finding new experiences and friends along the way. I've learned to be fearless--you don't ask, you don't get! Being over 40 isn't the stigma it was-it's permission to be totally authentic, without apologies!

I stay fabulous by staying involved, staying fit and staying relevant. I'm involved with some local clubs, where we raise money for charities; I go to many art events and openings. Staying fit for me means playing tennis twice a week (4.0 player), lifting weights 3x per week, as well as running on the beach. I've been an athlete all my life and find it's the fountain of youth! For business, I network, take classes and am a voracious reader. Basically, I play...a lot!

I would start by investing some of it into my business, sharing the joy of Purposeful and Attuned Play for both executives and employees! With the country being as divisive as it is and the world seemingly on fire, Play is needed now more than ever! It's science-backed! (Really!) I would also donate a portion of it to a non-profit called Child Creativity Lab, where they work with underprivileged kids, showing them how play and creativity can open up a whole new world!
