I feel more comfortable in my own skin than I did in my 20’s and 30’s! A time when I think we try to keep up with others. Instead, in my 50’s, I embrace aging , the wisdom and lessons I’ve learned and the lifestyle I’ve chosen. One of health and wellness. I love my marriage of 38 years and having family to share life with. I am truly blessed!
How do you stay fabulous?I make time daily to feed my spirit and body. I teach cycling & pilates classes, where I get to enlighten & bless others lives with positivity. I can do pull ups too I love to cook and rarely go out to eat. I make sourdough and share it with others. I am a wellness coach and help people with nutrition as well as make time for outdoor hiking , camping and spending time with my Beautiful grandsons. I speak in high schools about drug abuse prevention and try to make a difference in the world!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use it to add a butlers pantry to my home, purchase a baby grand and swap out my old piano. Revamp my wardrobe, and travel! I’d take my family to Hawaii or the Caribbean!
