I'm in the best shape of my life at 63. I was always morbidly obese ( highest weight 391 lbs.) I now weigh 172 and still losing, albeit slowly. I had 6.4 pounds of skin removed from my abdomen. I walk every day, eat right, and singing karaoke is a great love of mine.
How do you stay fabulous?I walk 3 miles a day, eat right, treat myself like I'm worth every good thing, which I am. When I start to slip, as everyone does, I remember where I came from, all the things I've overcome, and I play those tapes the whole way through. I pick myself up by the boot straps and keep it moving.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would buy my son and his family a home. He is terminally ill, and he needs peace.
