How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by protecting my energy and peace. Along my journey I have learned the hard way the impact that over extending myself has on my health and well being. I now focus my energy on tasks and people that fill me up not drain me. For me, yoga has been my secret weapon for years for staying balanced. More specifically, yin yoga leaves me feeling light as a feather physically and brings mental clarity.
What would you do with the $40,000?WOW! $40, 0000! I will take the $40, 000 and invest in my clinics to offer more services and therapies as well as put the money towards the kids and I purchasing our first home.
