I've always been fabulous, but the best part came after 40! I just improved with age, because my life experiences enhanced my strengths.

I enjoyed middle age seeking opportunities for learning, and experience that helped me become confident in myself and my abilities. I am still learning at 69 years old. I am pursuing Yoga Nurse certificate program to incorporate wellness and holistic care practice. I continue to seek opportunities in holistic health and wellness field. I practice yoga to incorporate the purpose of poses , as we start on the outside with postures, we begin to grow inside.
How do you stay fabulous?I remain active, enjoy time with friends and family, I continue practicing yoga, circuit training at gym, and walking my dog. I also enjoy gardening, flowers, herbs and vegetable garden. Yard work keeps me grounded. I remain busy as registered nurse in continuing care facility, as well as volunteer in my community.
What would you do with the $40,000?Honestly? There's lots of needed repairs at my house, my husband and I are both retired! We could use upgrades and repairs inside and out. There is always a place to share your prosperity. I would share with others that are often overlooked and in need. I see that it is difficult for senior citizens, I would contribute to a foundation that supports seniors, such as AARP. In these difficult economic times lets remember seniors were our mentors, we should take care of them now, as they did us
