I have reached a time in my life where my kids are grown and I have time to focus on me. I have found a new love of travel. As a woman over 40 I feel a new sense of freedom and being able to enjoy life more.
How do you stay fabulous?I love to help people whether it is being there with a smile when you need one or a shoulder to cry on. I also make sure to take care of myself mentally. Your mental health affects everything about you. I don't believe in dwelling on the negative and try to find the positive in everything. Spending time with my family helps too!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate to people on the ground helping people and animals. Provide food and other necessities to shelters. I would also book a trip of lifetime including some extended time with my children and grandchildren.
