I am 54 and I exercise daily. In YouTube I created a clip to stretch our ligaments because they shrink. To me & you it should be important.

I think that I feel encouraged by my deepest self to use my body more physically at its maximum . As well, I would hope I have some wisdom of the years spent on this planet and I never ever have to say “if I was 20 years younger” that saying at my age has not happened yet . I’m actually proud to be this old. I also decided to be brave and try new skills such as working on my own car and home repairs. You Tube It’s a new kind of thrill! Happy day!
How do you stay fabulous?I use body lotion everyday. I’m shiny like a diamond :). I also like to make every move my P.E teacher from high school had us do for warm-ups . Those moves are so important for our future body. I try to eat properly and have gratitude. I love to dance and enjoy playing guitar. I picked up playing basketball from Walmart 7$. Best seven bucks ever. Now I’m a pro!!! lol. The picture proves it. What I really want or imagine doing, I try. Such as my own cartoon clip, took years, now done.
What would you do with the $40,000?My thoughts are definitely donate some to the fentanyl awareness that is taking so many young people . It would certainly make me feel like I’m trying to stop this epidemic if I could .. and then fence in my yard so my daughter’s dog might stop zooming past me and being on the run. I plan to improve myself and my community.
