Having the life experiences and lessons that have made me wiser to truly appreciate the important things in life including family, health and having a support system to help me through the tough times. Not feeling like there is a "race" or competition to be better than others, but rather use my own past to help create a compass for my future.
How do you stay fabulous?I ensure I move my body everyday and count my blessings. I am fortunate enough to have a career that allows me to serve others. It is within serving others that I have found truly what life is about. I also stick to a protein rich diet, limit alcohol and toxic relationships, but also know how important it is to "break all the rules" from time to time!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take my family on a well needed vacation to honour all of the support they give me, and open a women's movement facility to cater to women in their 40's plus to show them that you can still THRIVE and be FABULOUS after 40!
