What do you love about being over 40?

I care less about what people think about me. After my accident it totally changed my outlook on life. I live every day to its fullest. My health and finding a work life balance are more important to me. I have gone through a lot in life. My knowledge can help others. I have started doing things I never dared to do before. I take guitar lessons with my 7 yo son.

How do you stay fabulous?

I do spin classes &!weight lifting. Watch what I eat. I lost 100lbs in a year without surgery or injectables. Just change in diet and exercise. I try go out and socialize once a week. Getting out no matter how tired I am is so important to my mental health. Friends & family are everything. I alway share love and kindness. I am civic minded & a parent volunteer. I own a 1984 Airstream. We enjoy going on family camping trips. I am a costume designer & love dress up/themed parties.

What would you do with the $40,000?

I would donate a portion to charity, put money in a college fund for my kids, and purchase expensive equipment for my business. Finally I would put money towards a breast reduction which my insurance company denied despite being at high risks for breast cancer.
