The experiences that I have learned in life. You can focus on what is really important such as great friends and family. I have learned not to stress over little setbacks. Staying strong and continuing to go forward with all your goals is the key. These goals include: health, relationships, spirituality and displaying qualities such as forgiveness.
How do you stay fabulous?I make myself do the hard things such as exercise including cardio and weight training. I am also very regular with my skincare routine. Using great products morning and night is crucial to maintaining our youthful appearance. Also, diet is extremely important. Eating plenty of vegetables and protein is essential to feeling good. Consistency is key to all these areas of life. Also, spirituality is an important aspect of life that keeps us grounded and gives us a purpose in life.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would travel and invest it in something cause worthy.
