First and foremost I tend to my spirit but, I am a 3 fold individual who must maintain balance and harmony to my mind, body and spirit.

I love how I’ve learned to live life unapologetically with no real regrets No experience is ever wasted in life, we never lose, we win or we learn. Given back what was so freely given to me in sobriety helps me embrace the motto, “ we can’t keep it unless we give it away”., it’s the gift that keeps on giving and I’m honored to be 55 and still remain teachable in life!
How do you stay fabulous?As a woman in my 50’s I celebrate life because I embrace my life to the fullest in recovery. I never thought I’d be starting my life over in my 50’s, but I allowed addiction to steal the essence of the woman God created me to be. Living life in this new era means giving back to woman who are struggling in active addiction and I can mentor them through my experience strength and hope. Combining efforts brings peace and harmony to our community. Ive become a giver through this journey!
What would you do with the $40,000?This fact would be completely elementary to me. I would use it to meet my 3 basic needs… food, shelter and clothing. Addiction stole so much in my life, winning this money would be a complete overhaul for a person like me. I would also use it towards helping the woman I mentor as well, with combined efforts we could do alot for the addictive community and help so many woman meet they’re basic needs too. It would be a complete gamer changer. Mission impossible would become mission achieved!
