I refuse to let my age (54!) slow me down or make me feel less than amazing! I still workout, hike, and love to try new things!

How do you stay fabulous?I move! I walk at least 10,000 steps everyday, I strength train 4 times a week, I do Pilates, and eat healthy most of the time.
