When I was a teenager , I was unfit and got bullied daily. I hated myself and had no self-confidence. Over the years, I made progress and can say today I love myself even if it’s not easy everyday. The gained confidence and strength I have is what I am most happy about being older.
How do you stay fabulous?I take care of myself daily in order to be stood role model for my son and inspire others. I workout daily but moderately ; I eat healthy most of the time without being obsessed, I meditate daily and practice yoga every week; I take time to go in my hot tub often to relax and release stress. I also take courses like now , I am starting a tarot certification so I can keep growing and learning.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use some of it for a yoga retreat; another amount for my schools college tuition and another part to bring my hubby in a nice resort down south. I would give an amount also to women’s cancer research. The rest I would invest for my retirement
