What I love about being over 40 is the freedom that comes with it. I’m much more comfortable in my own skin and carry a level of confidence I didn’t have when I was younger. I also find joy in empowering younger women who are dealing with the same insecurities I once had.
How do you stay fabulous?I’ve lost nearly 40 pounds over the past 18 months, not through injections, but by focusing on reducing stress, staying active, and being more mindful of my eating habits. I’ve also learned to embrace aging gracefully, and I haven’t had any cosmetic procedures to hide the natural signs of aging.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won $40,000, I would take a vacation with my kids, pay off some debts, and donate a portion to local charities. I’m very involved in supporting nonprofits in my community.
