My true self began at 40. I am now 50, and I am in the best shape of my adult life, I have two beautiful children, own my own business, and am truly confident in who I am. A new found freedom in life starts after you turn 40.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by staying active every day. I start my day by walking 5 kms with my pups. At least 4 days a week you can also find me at the fitness center doing a yoga or group fitness class as well. I participate in community events, gather with friends and family, and continue to grow both personally and professionally by attending classes and workshops for both areas in my life.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000 I would pay off my children's secondary schooling bills, take a fabulous holiday, make a donation to the Ottawa Heart Institute for the fabulous care that I received, and put some away for the 2 weddings that I hopefully will be planning for my 2 fabulous children.
