The wisdom that comes with age. The realization that you are never too old to try something new. Finally feeling confident and comfortable with who I am (I am enough and always have been) and not caring what other people think. Life is short, tomorrow is not promised. Life is a gift. Make the most of every day! My family is my biggest blessing, and getting to spend more time with my children and grandchildren is priceless! They keep me young at heart ❤️
How do you stay fabulous?I practice self care daily. You must take care of yourself before you can care for others. You cannot pour from an empty cup. I have a morning and evening regimen that includes: meditation, journaling, reading, exercising, stretching and practicing gratitude daily. I also have a great medical grade skincare regimen that I use and I don’t leave the house without my sunscreen, rain or shine. You must take care of the inside as well as the outside of the body, so I do take supplements as well.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would not be here today without the love and support of my friends. I would get a group of my girlfriends together and go to a “dude” ranch in Montana. I have always wanted to go! It would be so much fun to spend time outdoors, in nature, horseback riding and possibly learning new skills like fly fishing and how to rope a cow. There are so many adventures we could explore together. Not to mention the cowboys 😉 I would also make a donation to National Breast Cancer Foundation and my church.
