How do you stay fabulous?Erik protein or eat 60 grams not more than 80. Walk three Times a week 20 minutes a day. Drink water with lemon also coconut water. Take vitamins eat 30 carbs or less a day. Don’t eat too much sugar. Fast and pray
What would you do with the $40,000?Help my community give back to a great cause help the less fortunate and help someone that don’t feel 40 and fabulous like someone helped me
