I love being over 40 because the wisdom I've gained throughout my life makes every day more enjoyable. At 54, I don’t focus on age; instead, I embrace both my inner and outer beauty. I walk with confidence, shoulders back and head held high, celebrating all that I am and all I've accomplished.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by embracing my authentic self. After a lot of personal growth, I truly love who I am today. I nourish my body with clean eating, maintain strong boundaries, and commit to exercising 3-5 times a week. Surrounding myself with uplifting people is essential, and I find joy in journaling, meditating, and practicing daily yoga. I also make it a priority to connect with nature whenever I can. What would you do with the $40,000?If I win $40,000, I would love to treat my adult children to a memorable vacation, as I haven’t been able to do that since my divorce and cancer. I’d also like to contribute to paying off their college loans, easing their financial burden. Finally, I would invest the remaining funds to bolster my retirement savings, ensuring a secure future for myself.
