I love that I feel like I am much more mellow & forgiving. In my youth , I was quick to anger & judgmental. Now, I'm more deliberate with how I talk and understand others.
How do you stay fabulous?I eat well & exercise. I developed a love of nutrition & well being in my late 40's & it changed my life. I wake up early, workout and that just sets the tone for my day. I prepare my meals before work so it's fresh. I don't like meal prep. I eat a lot of vegetables & fruits, good proteins. Rarely eat fast food but I do eat less restricted on weekends. I feel fantastic.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off my college student daughter's car, buy my elderly mom a new AC unit ( she has late stage dementia) AZ heat isnt a joke . Then take a nice much needed vacation with my adult kids. I haven't taken a vacation in about 10 years! Never had the extra money to do so. Then save the remaining for a rainy day 😌 😁
